This paper examines pedagogical strategies for enhancing innovation management (IM) capabilities in the public sector through a course involving nearly 200 participants. Employing blended and online educational models, the study integrates theory and practice to evaluate IM education. Key findings show successful integration of diverse IM tools, shifts in perceptions of organizational challenges, and enhanced strategic thinking. The research highlights the importance of practical application, collaborative learning, and progressive structure in IM education, stressing the crucial role of educator-participant relationships.
