Abstract [en]

Integrated care is essential in contemporary healthcare systems, emphasizing collaboration and coordination among diverse health and social care stakeholders. As the field of integrated care continues to evolve, nurturing the development of emerging researchers and professionals becomes crucial to ensure its sustainability and innovation. The next generation of students, academics, researchers and practitioners are fundamental in shaping tomorrow's integrated health and social care systems.

This creative network session will address the critical need to foster the growth of emerging researchers and professionals in the field of integrated care, ensuring the development of future researchers, practitioners, and leaders within the field and in health and social care practices.

This network session is aimed at emerging researchers, early-career practitioners, and senior stakeholders interested in advancing integrated care globally.

We will engage in an innovative network session, gathering emerging researchers and practitioners, established experts, and various stakeholders for creative discussions. We want to encourage participation from individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and geographical regions. Efforts will be made to create an inclusive environment that values diverse voices and experiences.

We seek international colleagues' insights and collaboration to enhance our efforts to support emerging researchers and integrated care professionals further. Specifically, we invite our senior colleagues to provide input and suggestions on innovative ways to promote inclusivity, knowledge exchange, effective mentorship strategies and collaborative platforms that transcend geographical boundaries.
